Anti-Shine Powder is a special matte powder that prevents unwanted dullness or chalky effects. It leaves a pleasant, silky feel on the skin. Anti-Shine Powder is especially effective for mattifying creamy and fluid foundations.
Anti-Shine Powder can be applied with a powder puff or a brush, over creamy or fluid foundations. Dispense a small amount of powder onto a makeup mixing plate; this will help prevent cross-contamination of bacteria from passing directly from your face to the container. If you use a powder puff, make sure it is evenly covered with powder by bending it and rubbing it together. Remove excess powder before placing the powder puff on your skin. When using a brush, be sure to tap off any excess powder and then gently sweep it over your skin. Let it sit on the surface for a few minutes and then remove any remaining powder with a clean, soft brush.
