Gel-Foam is a gelatin-foam to create small facial prostheses, very similar to human skin. Gel-Foam is heated in a microwave until the melted material begins to rise. The compound must be immediately removed from the oven, and then introduced into a mold, previously prepared with Kryolan separating spray. The mold is closed and set immediately. After the drying process (approx. 45 minutes), the mold is opened and the gelatin-foam prosthesis is powdered. Then carefully remove the prosthesis and powder from all sides.
